McKinley Indian Mission 2012

We're making the last preparations for our annual Middle School Trip to McKinley Indian Mission. McKinley is located a few miles west of Toppenish, Washington. This trip is for students entering grades 6 through 9, and is a great opportunity for your a young person to see what serving others is all about.

In past years we've pulled weeds, painted, cleaned out buildings, played with kids from the housing projects, distributed food, and organized clothing.  We pretty much do whatever is needed.  We'll be working hard, but we will also have a ton of fun.  Please make sure you send your child with work clothing, sturdy shoes and work gloves.  

After a couple day of hard work, we'll head over the mountain to Wild Waves theme park in Federal Way.

The cost for this year's trip is $85.00; this includes admission into Wild Waves.  Additional money will be needed for one lunch, one dinner, and optional spending money at Wild Waves.
